By using the Website you enter into a contract with us and agree to these terms and conditions and to the following:

When any of these links are activated you will leave the KVIK Website and we will have no control over and will not accept responsibility, or liability, for any material or service contained on any website which is not under the control of KVIK nor does the existence of such links represent any endorsement or other acceptance of responsibility or liability by KVIK for any services or products provided or available on such sites.
EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY GENERALLY
We do not exclude or limit liability for our negligence or negligent omission which causes you personal injury or death.
KVIK shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you which is reasonably foreseeable and a direct consequence of a breach by us of this contract. In the event that any loss or damage suffered by you relates to your business activities, then we exclude all liability for any business loss and, in particular, we exclude all liability for loss of profits or other economic loss arising out of a breach of this contract.
CONDUCT
KVIK expects reasonable behaviour at all times. Unreasonable behaviour, including disrespectful treatment of any of our staff, will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to cancel your association/relationship with KVIK at any time if any person or group of persons (in the opinion of KVIK management) behaves in an objectionable manner or contravenes the terms and conditions of this contract or any other contract entered into during the course of doing business with KVIK. In such an event, no refunds will be made for payments already received.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute which may arise.
If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions are found to be invalid by a court having jurisdiction, then the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of any other provisions within these terms and conditions.
